Common questions
- Getting started: sign in at app.truestruct.com, drop an architectural and a structural set, and reconcile — or tap “Load sample” to see it work.
- Plans & billing: managed on the web. Start, change, or cancel your plan at app.truestruct.com.
- iOS app: sign in with your existing TrueStruct account. The on-site AR measurement feature needs an iPhone or iPad with LiDAR (Pro models).
- Accuracy: TrueStruct flags discrepancies for a human to verify — it never auto-resolves or directs construction. Always confirm on the approved sheets.
